Registration Fee: The registration fee includes conference materials and meals; accommodation and transportation are at own expense.

a. Pre-registration and payment: From July 1, 2023 until the conference dates, delegates can register and pay registration fee on the official website (only UnionPay card is accepted). Please be sure to complete the online registration and payment before August 1, 2023, to get the early bird registration discount. After receiving your registration and payment, the conference secretariat will send you a "Registration Confirmation Letter" by email; you can also log into your personal account to check your registration and payment status. An electronic invoice will be sent to the registration email address one week after the conference.

b. On-site registration and payment: Participants who have not registered and paid registration fee beforehand can pay at the conference site upon arrival in three ways: UnionPay card, WeChat and Alipay. The electronic invoice will be sent to the registered mailbox one week after the conference.

Warm reminder: Remember to show your ID card/ passport to check in and receive the conference bag. Please note that there will be no refund for those who have paid the fee but have not arrived at the conference site.
